  We visited their Brookvale store, saw their ColourMax fencing which we liked and asked for a quote. Had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come and measure up - fair enough if they're that busy. Rob Quinn came, measured up and said he'd email through the quote.
  After another 3 weeks and no quote, so I phoned. Was told he'd had personal problems but I'd get the quote very soon.
  Waited another 2 weeks - still no quote. Phoned again and said if they don't want the job just tell me and I'll go elsewhere. "No, no, no" the guy on the phone said. In fact their installers weren't very busy so they definitely wanted the job. He was very apologetic and said he'd leave a big note on Rob's desk and I would DEFINITELY hear back ASAP.
  Another 2 weeks go by. Nothing. Rang head office and complained. The girl on the phone said that was terrible and someone would ring me back either that day or the next.
  Another 2 or 3 weeks go by. No-one phones My husband then went into the Brookvale store and said he was chasing up a quote. When he told the guy behind the counter his name he said sorry, but Rob's not interested in the doing the job.
  I could have exploded. Instead, I rank them zero for customer service, zero for communication and would never even try to use them again. A shame because although this fence was for our own home we have a property development business and would have gladly given them a lot of repeat business. Clearly not now.
